Assistant Building Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Oversees maintenance staff, contractors, and personnel involved in building upkeep

  • Building repairs and preventative maintenance

  • Ensures safety and security of building and enforces safety protocols and building regulations

  • Addresses tenant concerns and maintains positive relationships with tenants

  • Maintains records of maintenance, repairs, and other building-related activities

  • Attends to minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc. concerns of the building especially during times of emergency

Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate

  • Must have TESDA Certification for Electrical Installation and Maintenance or TESDA Construction Sector Certifications (Carpentry/Plumbing)

  • Experience as a building supervisor/maintenance is a plus factor

  • Warm personality with great verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well under limited supervision

  • Quick learner with critical thinking skills

  • Highly organized and keen to details

  • Preferred place of residency is NCR

  • If from province, should be willing to relocate within Metro Manila
